How long can I use my shop credit?

The credit you receive for special events is usually valid for one year. You do not have to redeem it immediately, but can use it all at once or in partial orders within one year.

Returns and cancellation options

Returns or cancellations are possible in specific cases, but depend on the type of item or service:

  • Employee clothing: We encourage conscious decisions to help reduce our COâ‚‚ footprint. If something doesn’t fit or meet expectations, please contact us to find a sensible and sustainable solution.
  • Used hardware: Once hardware (e.g. refurbished devices) has been shipped, it cannot be returned. Please double-check specifications and compatibility before ordering.
  • Event bookings: For workshops, events, or other time-bound services, cancellation policies vary. Please check the event details for deadlines and cancellation windows.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact our support team within 7 days of receipt. We’ll do our best to assist you.
